We had a very good experience with your company.  Our load number is KM35013.  Vehicle was picked up as scheduled.  Our Vehicle was shipped literally from one end of the country to the other.  It was easy to keep track of where the vehicle was during the 10 day trip.  It was delivered as promised with contact from the husband/wife team the day before and then again about an hour before delivery.  I had just come from a horrible experience with another transport company for another vehicle in a different part of the country.  Dealing with JTM and Kim was a pleasure.  They were very professional in all dealings.  I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for your most excellent service. I used DAS (ebays recommended shippers) a few months ago. They were a few hundred dollars more than your service and took about a month to get my car. The car sat at their depot for 2 weeks! From the day I faxed you, 7 days later I had my car (New Mexico to Washington). What a difference! Thanks Eric, great customer service. good day kim, marius and i became well aquainted during shipment of myvehicle load # ml30207001. pickup was prompt called you on friday and vehicle was picked up on sunday,the following friday i spoke with don of road runner towing for details on delivery,he said vehicle would be delivered on 2/26/03 at around noon. after this discussion there was no
other contact,vehicle did not show on 2/16/03 with no way to contact carrier.on monday 2/17/03 after many unanswered voice mails ,lynn contacted me to notify me car would not be delivered until 2/18/03.with very sparatic phone calls car was delivered on 2/18/03 at 7:00 pm.this was a very wrong transport and i would not recommend road runner towing for anyone seeking prompt or concerted shipping,however the staff at jtm did there all to help,kudos to marius and his team!

You have to listen to this story to believe it, or maybe this happens all the time. First off, it is your Buddy Bob Warren from West chester, Pa. I still have not taken delivery of the 72 Olds from Indiana. I spoke with the shipping co. last thursday, they said it would arrive that evening, gave me the driver's cellphone. Called him that night- excuse number 1 Original driver left the trailer sit in Ohio, now he was picking it up, would be there friday afternoon. Okay, I take off work...he never shows. I call him, he said he got held up, I am on the books first thing Sat morning. How early can I take it? I say as early as possible, I get up at FXXX 6 am (sorry Kim) and the jackXX never shows, never calls. No car. Finally I get pXXX off and call at 6pm on Saturday evening, he says he got the truck stuck in the mud in Pittsburgh..he'll be there Sunday Morning. I said after 9 (not getting up early again) he said fine. Guess what..No show. Not a phone call, won't answer his cell phone, nothing. Call the home office this morning, they never call me back. I just called them now (3:30 pm) and they have assured me the car will be delivered tonite. I thought you just might get a little enjoyment out of this story, and by the way, please TELL ME THAT MY CAR IS INSURED just in case. Thanks- Your friend Bob Warren In WC, Pa.

the truck driver was great called me in the morning and said he would be arriving at my home around 4 or 5 that night and called a couple hours later and said he was at my home he was very nice and friendly. didn't rush me and was very easy going. was a very good experience and i would not be afraid to do it again
